Refund Policy for Fups Boutique:

 

At Fups Boutique, we strive to provide you with a delightful shopping experience and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns:

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.                            Refunds:
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Please allow 7 to 10 days days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.                                                                                                                                                                               Shipping:
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product.
• We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a return or exchange.
