Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Fups Boutique:

 

At Fups Boutique, we strive to provide you with a delightful shopping experience and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.                            Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please allow 7 to 10 days days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.                                                                                                                                                                               Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product.
We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a return or exchange.
